EST. 1887 · PARIS
Where crimson draperies meet gilded candlelight, and every meal is a chapter in a centuries-old story.
A LEGACY SINCE 1887
For over a century, Maison Cramoisie has welcomed emperors, artists, and wanderers beneath its ruby-veiled ceilings. Founded by Chef Émile Roussel in a quiet arrondissement of Paris, the house began as a supper club for the bold and the curious.
Today, every dish carries the weight of that history — gilded with antique technique, plated with modern grace, and served in chambers lit by a hundred candles.
